Young Alumni Panel

Liz Ohrablo, FLA Class VIII, Tax Associate, Dixon Hughes Goodman:

Liz Ohrablo, CPA, graduated from the Fisher School of Accounting’s 3/2 program with both her Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting degrees in May 2015. Liz began her career as a tax associate with Dixon Hughes Goodman’s Jacksonville office in August 2015 after completing two internships with the firm. Through the firm, Liz has been heavily involved with the UF recruiting team, the social committee, and the Jacksonville branch of DHG’s Women Forward Initiative. Beginning in July, Liz was selected to be the Vice President of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (Northeast Florida chapter), a professional alliance committed to providing continuing education, service, and networking opportunities to women in the accounting and finance industries.

While in school, Liz was involved in many Center for Career and Leadership Development programs. Liz was a member of FLA Class VIII, a mentor for Class IX, and an advisory board member for Class X. She was also a founding program coordinator for the Heavener Leadership Challenge, was involved with BUMP and Enactus, and worked as a student assistant for CLP. Prior to starting her career as an accountant, Liz also had the opportunity to serve as a Warrington Welcome instructor.

Outside of work and involvement roles, Liz enjoys brunch with friends, exploring local Jacksonville attractions, and hanging out with her cat, Zoe.

 

Michael Sollod, FLA Class VIII, Consultant, Accenture:

Michael graduated from the University of Florida in 2014. He graduated from the Heavener School of Business with a double major in Finance and Information Systems. While at UF, he was primarily involved in the Florida Leadership Academy, Business Case Analysis Course,  Lead. Encourage. Achieve. Promote. (LEAP), Enactus, and the Leadership Development Program. While at UF, he interned at the University of Florida Alumni Association and Citigroup. Since graduation, he has worked in Washington DC at Accenture, where he has worked on projects related to health care, IT strategy, and IT security, primarily serving United States federal government clients.

Jason Nunnery

Jason graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance in 2015.

After graduating, Jason joined J.P. Morgan as a Private Banking Analyst in the Palm Beach, FL office. He is responsible for supporting an integrated team of specialists to deliver account maintenance, portfolio analysis, and customized investment solutions for wealthy individuals and families. His current work focuses on 75 ultra-high net worth clients and their families with assets of $2.5B. Before beginning his analyst program, Jason had six weeks of formal training in New York City with J.P. Morgan. Additionally, Jason holds his series 7 and 63 licenses.

Internship: Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Palm Beach, FL.

Involvement: Florida Leadership Academy (Member, Mentor, FLAAB), Warrington Diplomats, Case Competition Team (First Place - Thailand), Warrington Finance Scholars, and Interfraternity Council

Free time: Netflix, traveling, and outdoor activities

CJ Hernandez

A native of Tampa, graduated from the University of Florida in 2013 with a major in Marketing and a Minor in Spanish. While at UF, he was a member of the FLA Advisory Board, CAP Mentors, Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, and Student Government. After graduating, CJ moved to Chicago to begin his career with Nielsen, where he worked in data analytics for many of the world's largest CPG companies, including Coca Cola, General Mills, and P&G. After two and a half years in Chicago, he accepted a new role in client service on the TV side of the business and moved to the city of his dreams: New York. In this role, CJ currently oversees all aspects of traditional TV and digital measurement for Nielsen's Viacom account, including flagship brands like MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon.

Kimone Ferguson

Kimone Ferguson is a 2013 graduate of the University of Florida, in which she majored in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. During her time at UF,  she was involved in a variety of leadership clubs and service organizations that led her to be inducted into the University of Florida's Hall of Fame in 2013. Within the College of Business, she was a member of FLA Class VII and then served as an FLA Mentor and FLAAB member.  She was also the President of the Minority Business Society, a Warrington Diplomat, a CAP Mentor and served as a student delegate for the Undergraduate Programs Committee. 

Currently, Kimone works at Cintas as a Service Manager in the First Aid & Safety Division where she manages the Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Savannah, GA areas. As a Service Manager, Kimone manages the day to day operations for her team of 7 Service Reps and also recruits new talent to join her team. As a liaison between her front line partners and her location's leadership team, she works to ensure strong communication and solicits input for location initiatives. 

Analia Davis

Analia graduated in 2014 from the Heavener School of Business as a marketing major. As a business student, Analia was heavily involved as a peer leader (having taught 5 times) and served as the director of Florida Alternative Breaks (participated in 5 alternative break trips). Analia is a graduate of FLA Class IX, and her FLA involvement culminated as a FLAAB Director during her senior year. After graduation, she moved to Miami and worked two years in the classroom as a middle school math teacher with Teach for America. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Information Systems at the University of Florida and serving as a graduate assistant with Career and Leadership Programs. She was able to secure an internship with KPMG doing IT Consulting in Summer 2017, but her overacting goal is to create her own edtech company that allows her to continue working within education. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places and spending time with her family and friends. Fun fact: she has only been to one football game her entire student career and is almost always sporting a different color lipstick.
