考特尼米. Venza joined Medical Management Associates in 2004. She is responsible for developing, coordinating and communicating design plans to building project managers to ensure the end product meets the client's expectations. Ms. Venza works directly with clients to create beautiful medical office spaces that are functional in order to meet the needs of their medical practices.

Prior to joining MMA, Ms. Venza worked in healthcare and residential interior design for three years after graduating from 奥本大学.

Ms. Venza enjoys spending her personal time with her family, participating and volunteering in her son's sports and school activities. She also enjoys hiking and camping, playing tennis, as well as drawing and painting.
