DIRECTOR, CAREER AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
HEAVENER SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
Lisa D’Souza is the Director for Career and Leadership Programs in the Heavener School of Business. She received dual bachelors degrees in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Florida. Lisa spent three years working in corporate human resources in Dallas, Texas, including her role as a College Recruiter for JCPenney, before deciding to move into higher education. She returned to UF to complete her Master’s Degree in Student Affairs, and worked at UF’s Career Resource Center, prior to joining Heavener. Before advising FLA, Lisa served as the Program Director for the Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program (BUMP), Enactus, and Warrington Welcome. She is also an active member of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators.
