朱利安·J. Thome joined MMA 房地产 Advisors, LLC in 2017. MMA 房地产 Advisors, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary 医疗管理协会有限公司. Services include tenant representation lease negotiation, 建筑发展的选址, site and building acquisition/disposition, fee based development and fair market valuations. The scope of services further includes economic lease analysis, development construction budgets and operating proformas, 稳定收入报表, discounted cash flow analysis and feasibility analysis.

Mr. Thome has experience in commercial real estate mortgage banking with Wilson & 诺兰, SE where he arranged permanent financing for office, 零售, and industrial properties with CMBS and life insurance based loans. Mr. Thome was a limited partner with Paradise Development Group developing single tenant and specialty 零售 in north Georgia. He also managed a corporate industrial and office real estate portfolio for RFA Management implementing all duties relating to owned and leased real estate.

Mr. Thome is a native of Atlanta, GA and a graduate of 弗曼大学 in Greenville, SC. He was a board member for the High Point Civic Association (Zoning Chair) from 2011-2015, served on the Sandy Springs Comprehensive Land Use Plan Advisory Committee in 2016, and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Thome is an active member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and teaches Sunday School.
