金伯利Knighten joined MMA in early 2018. She has twelve years of healthcare experience, ten of which were directly related to patient care. She has experience in military and civilian healthcare environments including sterile supply, 多专科外科, and was an educator in surgical technology. She has been involved with various MMA's services including practice operations, 财务分析, group practice compensation and recruiting services.

Ms. Knighten has a Master of Healthcare Administration, 工商管理硕士 (MBA) and a professional business certificate in marketing. She is continuing her education in pursuit of a Master of Engineering and 技术 and a professional business certificate in project management.

Ms. Knighten has volunteered with the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), assisting in authoring the questions for its Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) national certification exam.
